Paneri Lady offers convenient, minimum questions asked Returns of delivered products,in case a customer finds a product/ its condition unsatisfactory, upon delivery.However, a considerable amount of logistical effort is spent in ensuring that a product reaches your doorstep.We sincerely urge you to confirm various aspects of a product and submit measurements

with utmost care – at the time of shopping itself – so that minimal Returns scenarios arise.Nonetheless, if you wish to raise a Returns request.


kindly follow the policy as below -


-You can definitely return your order if you have an issue!

At Paneri Lady ,we don't believe in cheating customers, but we treat them as our happy family members.


We  put our hard efforts to deliver your orders n the best possible condition but there's always a possibility that-


 1.Item(s) may get damaged during transit

 2.There may be a manufacturing defect which didn't get noticed during packing

 3.A wrong item is shipped out to you by mistake.


-Kindly be informed that any product purchased during our ‘Sale’ or 'offer' Duration can not be returned under the Returns Policy except if it's an error on our behalf relating to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been shipped out to you by mistake.


-A customer must raise a return request within the 3 days of an order delivery.You can raise a return request by sending an email to paneri@panerikurtis.com – clearly stating your Order Number.Also mention the purpose of return and order number in the Subject Line of the Returns Email.


-A customer can return a delivered product, within 7 days of registering the return request with Paneri Lady.


-In a usual Returns situation, customer would have to bear the Return shipping cost – of sending the product back to us.


-Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" Confirmation email from us, we will not be able to entertain such requests.


-The Shipping charge levied on a delivery will not be refunded against any order.


-Altered Merchandise CANNOT be Returned.


-Perfumes & Deodrants cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds are allowed on them.





- A customer MUST return the delivered product to our office for receiving the Refund.

- The Refund will be issued within seven days of receiving the product back - in good condition.

- Only the product price, which the customer paid while purchasing the product, shall be refunded.




- Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item is still in stock.

- You'll have to bear the costs required to ship the product to us.

- After receiving the product from you & checking the product, we shall ship you the revised size on our cost.
